On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis’ labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of them is the measure EAR (determination of labour market relevant resources), a location determination and potential assessment for German and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy, if there is a need for clarification on labour market-relevant skills and an assessment of the integration potential for the labour market. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The assigning authority is the cantonal office for unemployment insurance (RAV). Your tasks with us

• You develop and update practical work assignments to clarify labour market-relevant resources
• You accompany participants in specific work situations and observe their professional, methodological and personal skills
• You recognize potentials, resources and development opportunities and bring them into the clarification process
• You document observations, developments and results professionally in the case management software
• You work closely with case management and career guidance
• You make an important contribution to creating well-founded resource profiles and integration perspectives
• You support a resource-oriented and appreciative support of the participants during the entire clarification process

Here's what you bring with you

• You have a Swiss-recognized degree as a work actor or work actor
• You bring at least three years of professional experience
• You have very good knowledge of German or French in word and writing. Knowledge of the other language is an advantage
• You have experience in accompaniment, promotion or professional integration of people in different life situations
• You can observe resources, potentials and labour market-relevant competencies in specific work situations in a differentiated way and assess them professionally.
• You have a high level of social competence and accompany people from different social and cultural environments in an appreciative and professional manner.
• You work independently, structured and responsible
• You are confident in using digital tools
