Main responsibilities
- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be employed in the following work situations: Receiving and forwarding bank customers Banking clients advise
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels Assistance in advising customers
- Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions
- In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity. Requirements School:
- Completed secondary school with good grades
- Very good knowledge of German, oral and written
- Requirements for learning two foreign languages
- With vocational maturity: Very good performance at level E of the secondary school, passed entrance examination Personal: Contactful and communicative Joy of learning Teamwork Reliability and exact work Open to new Interests:
- Enjoyment of everyday banking and customer contact
