During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be used in the following work situations:

• Receiving and forwarding bank customers
• Banking clients advise
• Supporting bank customers via digital channels
• Assistance in advising customers
• Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced specialists. You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity.

• Completed secondary school with good grades
• Very good behavioral grades (social skills)
• Very good knowledge of German, oral & writing
• Requirements for learning two foreign languages
