Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor our state‑of‑the‑art production and packaging lines reliably.
• After each product change you find the correct settings and adjust the plant accordingly.
• During your apprenticeship you acquire comprehensive knowledge of material science, productivity, quality control, fault analysis and hygiene regulations.
• You analyse faults, identify optimisation potential and support improvements in the workflow .
• With your effort you ensure that our products 拏 leave the plant on time, safely and in the best quality.
• Requirements
• You have a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Technology fascinates you and you have good manual skills.
• Care and cleanliness are part of your work – especially with food.
• You enjoy working in a team 里 and you can organise yourself well.
• With a good sense of machines and processes you quickly find your place in production.
• Your German skills are at least at level B1.
