Role overview

Tasks

You take responsibility for the operation of the Perigon and easyDOK maintenance software and ensure first- and second-level support. You coordinate and implement technical enhancements of the maintenance software, plan and carry out test work according to service patches and updates and ensure smooth operation. You regularly check the IT processes and interfaces and develop them continuously. In addition, you actively shape the interfaces between the various IT applications, train employees in innovations of the care software and support internal working groups and superusers in the area of care informatics. In addition, you will take over the first and second-level support for the lifestage software, take part in its technical development and the IVF-Hartmann app and support the ICT team in projects for the further development of the entire ICT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completed nursing training

• Further education or in-depth experience in the field of computer science or Application management

• Knowledge of needs assessment (RAI) is an advantage

• Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of digital solutions

• Analytical, networked and solution-oriented thinking

• Pedagogical skill as well as enjoyment of schooling and supporting employees

• Independent, structured and reliable working method

• High service orientation and strong communication skills

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
