Task area To complement our team, we are looking for you as a motivated reinforcement. As an ICT Application Manager, you not only take responsibility, you create real impact. Together with your dedicated colleagues, departments and external partners, you shape the digital future of our hospital, close to the operations, close to the processes that keep our hospital running. Your everyday life is as diverse as our clinic operation and just as important.

• You are jointly responsible for our ERP system and actively accompany the migration from Navision to the new ERP environment Business Central, from conception to productive operation
• You are also responsible for various other administrative applications (including coding systems, business intelligence, HR and organizational tools) and manage them throughout their entire life cycle.
• You will analyze requirements from the departments, accompany their implementation and coordinate internal and external partners
• You lead smaller projects, sub-projects and work actively on larger projects, especially the ERP setup
• You work closely with specialist areas (including finance, medical controlling, HR, patient administration, materials management and pharmacy), ICT infrastructure & services, ICT support, external service providers and manufacturers
• You plan and coordinate tests and acceptances, document changes and ensure the transfer of knowledge to support, departments and other stakeholders
• You have a good technical understanding and experience with interfaces, authorizations, system configurations and the connection of surrounding systems
• Together with internal and external partners, you ensure the stable operation of the applications and support you with disruptions, requests and changes.

Profile

• You have in-depth professional experience in the administrative or business environment and know the processes, needs and challenges of the departments in a hospital.
• We require experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision is an advantage.
• Experience in Swiss healthcare or with hospital processes we presuppose
• Experience with administrative/clinical applications (e.g. coding software, CIS-related systems) is an advantage. You think in solutions, stay calm in the storm and enjoy connecting people, systems and processes.
• Higher education in business informatics, computer science or business education with experience in the computer science environment (uni, FH, HF, etc.).
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system and understanding of the hospital environment is beneficial.
• Structured, independent work and the ability to set priorities correctly.
• Experience with ITIL processes (especially incident, request, change management)
