With us, you actively shape the further development of our time and performance recording system and accompany changes in modern HR and business processes from idea to implementation.
- Expertise in time and performance recording: Be the central point of contact for our employees in the D-A-CH region, especially in Switzerland, for challenging questions relating to our application TEMPUS.You understand the needs of our users, advise the specialist areas and develop practical solutions together with them
- Control and prioritize requirements: You take requirements and optimization requests from the business, analyze and prioritize them together with the relevant stakeholders and convert them into clearly defined specifications for our DEVOPS queue.
- International project environment: Active in the program for the further development and rollout of TEMPUS in the entire D-A-CH region.
You bring in the requirements of our users and work in an international environment with occasional travel within Europe.
- Technological development: Drive optimizations and new functionalities together with our developers, system engineers and SAP consultants.
You will accompany requirements from the conception through the test phase with the users to the successful introduction of new, sustainable solutions.
- Interface between business and IT: You act as a link between departments and development teams, translate technical requirements into implementable system solutions and ensure stable operation (2nd level support) and correct data integration into our SAP system landscape.
