From January 2027 a new chapter begins: With the takeover and the conversion to Coop Vitality Pharmacy, a modern location with a lot of potential is being created. As Managing Director or Co-Managing Director, you accompany this new start, lead your team through the change and shape the pharmacy from the beginning.
You can do that.
- You are technically responsible for the pharmacy and manage it independently
- Every pharmacy is different: you reinforce what makes your location special
- You actively contribute suggestions and ideas and help to optimize the processes throughout the group
- Employees lead and coach, recruit and integrate: You coordinate the tasks and projects in the team
- You accompany the students or learners expertly
- Nothing escapes your watchful eyes: You make sure that the quality is right at all times

- Completed pharmacy studies with FPH or BAB
