- Your Impact In this leadership role, you will act as a strategic advisor and capability builder, working across Procurement, Finance, and cross-functional Analytics teams.
- You will lead, coach, and inspire others while delivering high-impact Analytics solutions and fostering a strong data-driven culture. Key areas of accountability include:
- Setting the vision and strategy for Analytics and insights within business partnering, aligning with broader Global Procurement objectives
- Acting as a senior subject matter expert, guiding best practices in data strategy, Analytics, visualization, and insight generation
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of Analytics products, frameworks, and scalable solutions
- Influencing senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making and improve data quality across the organization
- Building and developing high-performing teams, while contributing to cross-functional initiatives, squads, and enterprise-wide programs
- Championing innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working Who You Are You are an experienced leader with a strong track record in Analytics, Procurement, and account management within complex, matrixed organizations.
