The Welfare Foundation of the Hospital Center Biel operates the mandatory and super-compulsory occupational provision for the employees. As Managing Director, you assume overall operational responsibility for our pension facility and, together with a small, committed team, ensure professional and customer-oriented support for the insured and affiliated companies. - Overall management and operational management of the Pension Foundation
- Management of pension fund operations in compliance with the regulations and legal requirements
- Professional and human leadership of a team of three employees, of which two are employees with a focus on real estate management and management
- Assistance and advice to insured and affiliated employers
- Responsibility for the correct handling of the day-to-day business of occupational pension provision
- Cooperation with the Foundation Board and the Investment Commission as well as preparation and support of meetings
- Support of the Foundation Board and the Investment Commission in the implementation of the investment strategy, in particular in the area of direct real estate investments
- Coordination and management of cooperation with external partners and service providers
- Monitoring legal and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring professional communication in German and French
