- As an AI Change & Adoption Lead , you will play a pivotal role within the Shared Services Leadership Team in Kraków, driving both continuous improvement and AI-enabled transformation initiatives across multiple services & processes.

- Identify and prioritise business improvement opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable impact.

Main responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end (define, design, implement, report to leadership) continuous improvement and AI transformation projects.
- Identify and prioritise business improvement opportunities, develop AI-driven solutions, and manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable impact.
- Increase AI awareness and adoption opportunities across the organisation by promoting practical use cases and success stories.
- Deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions using appropriate methodologies, including automation, Agentic AI, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging tools to drive efficiency gains across ZCC Kraków and relevant Business Units.
- Facilitate business process workshops to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven optimisation and waste elimination.

- Microsoft Copilot, Agents, , ML/AI models) and other tools: Power Platform or UiPath.
- Stakeholder management experience and cross-functional collaboration.
- Awareness of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
