For our customer from the energy sector in Bern, we are looking for an exciting mandate, a:n Project Management Officer (PMO).

Your tasks

• You always take over the procurement and invoice coordination within computer science in consultation with purchasing.
• They form the interface between the specialist departments and purchasing and ensure a smooth information and procurement process.
• They create and process requirements (BANF) for orders and ensure the completeness and correctness of the documents.
• They check incoming invoices, coordinate the necessary clearances and support compliance with internal processes.
• They supervise and maintain supplier management within computer science, coordinate cooperation and optimize processes.
• They create the service calculations and service descriptions in cooperation with the service management, track calculations, update cost overviews and ensure transparent documentation.
• They formulate technical and commercial requirements for offers (tenders/offer requests) and accompany the offer process in cooperation with purchasing.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with commercial and/or economic training or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in project management, service calculations or in a comparable administrative function is advantageous.
• Good knowledge in the preparation and processing of requirements (BANF) as well as in the auditing process.
• Experience in dealing with SAP (S/4HANA) as well as secure MS Office knowledge, in particular Excel.
• Structured, independent and reliable working method.
• Strong organisational skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientation.
• Strong communication and enjoyment of working with stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers.
