You can choose which of our first-class formats: avec, Press & Books or k kiosk (at high-frequency locations such as train stations, airports or petrol stations) suits you best. Tasks you will like
- Managing one or more well-frequented Valora stores as an independent entrepreneur under your own responsibility
- Staff management incl. Assignment planning, recruitment, training and training of employees
- Goods management (inventory, stock, orders)
- Proactive customer advice and development / maintenance of customer relationships
- Close cooperation with the suppliers and the responsible sales management
- Ongoing optimization of processes and service quality in the store
- Ensuring a professional appearance of the store and the implementation of sales promotion measures
- An apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ and/or relevant experience in the retail, hotel or catering industry
- Interested in self-employment and the management of one or more stores
- Willingness – especially in the early days – to invest a lot of time, work and perseverance
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, team spirit and organizational talent
- Joy in dealing with people as well as a strong customer and service orientation
- At least 30,000 CHF (depending on the format) equity for the establishment of a GmbH and for entering as an agency partner
- Turnkey shopfitting in uniform brand corporate design plus advertising and communication tools
- Well-established high-frequency locations
- Regional marketing measures
- Advice on sales and cost planning
- A detailed familiarization and preparation for future tasks
- Comprehensive training and training programmes, seminars and lectures
- Central purchasing
- Commodity management system and category management (structure of product groups)
