Role overview
Supporting the Asset Recovery section in the area of managing assets blocked under the SRVG
Support in assessing investment proposals, reviewing account statements and supporting the definition of measures in accordance with the SRVG
Simple correspondence with banks and external asset managers (e.g. requesting missing information)
- Supporting the Asset Recovery section in the area of managing assets blocked under the SRVG
- Support in assessing investment proposals, reviewing account statements and supporting the definition of measures in accordance with the SRVG
Company and context
- Work with filing system (ActaNova) as well as paper dossiers and digital storage media (USB sticks) Administrative and organizational support of the Asset Recovery section
- Prepare internal and external correspondence in D/F/E ready for signature and send on time (e.g. reports, cover letters, emails etc.)
- Manages the internal document management and filing system (ActaNova)
- Organizational and logistical support for events planned by the section, including budget monitoring
- University degree (Bachelor), preferably in law or economics; or commercial apprenticeship, preferably in banking
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German, French and English
- IT knowledge (use of common office programs)
- Precision, reliability, resilience and willingness to help Organizational talent and high motivation
- Independent, careful and precise way of working
- Analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
