Role overview
Joining our team is evolving in a stimulating environment at the heart of digital health innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (APPS & UX, eHealth and telemedicine, communication, medical and care directorates, external partners) and contributing to projects with high impact for health professionals and professionals as well as for patients, in a collaborative and solutions-oriented work culture.
As an administrative or administrative clerk within the innovation platform, you play a key role in the deployment and adoption of the Digital Platforms Concerto and Mon Espace PRO to professionals and professionals of the care network Genevois, collaborators and collaborators of the HUGs as well as patients.
As such, you ensure the reception, the information and the support of users in the creation and activation of their account and in the use of the digital services associated with them.
