• You support the store management in the day-to-day management and organization of the shop
• You assume operational responsibility for the store in case of lack of management and guarantee the smooth running of operations
• You offer competent and customer-oriented advice and help with the selection of gifts from our varied assortment
• You provide an attractive presentation of our wide assortment of confectionery and chocolates, thanks in particular to a creative staging of the store
• You guarantee irreproachable quality and consistently apply our high standards
• You set an example in sales and actively support the team in daily activities
• You are an important contact person for the team as well as for clients
• You help optimize work processes and ensure that the shop works efficiently and cost-effectively

What you bring

• You have completed training in the retail trade and/or you have equivalent experience in the food sector
• You have first experience in management, preferably leading large teams
• You ideally have a first experience working with chocolate
• You enjoy a practical hand-on approach and are comfortable with technical tools
• You like optimizing processes and you show an entrepreneurial spirit
• You attach particular importance to quality and respect for hygiene standards
• You enjoy open and respectful communication and have perfect command of German and French; knowledge in other languages is an additional asset
• Flexible working hours don't scare you and you're ready to work on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
