Your responsibilities

• Supporting international customers from preparing quotations through invoicing
• Responsible for planning and organizing international transportation by truck, courier, air freight and sea freight
• Preparation of the required export documents (Carnet ATA, certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
• Obtaining authentications and processing letters of credit
• Correspondence with authorities, chambers of commerce, freight forwarders and customers

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in export/foreign trade
• Several years of professional experience in export are mandatory
• Excellent German language skills, plus good English language skills
• French an advantage
• Proficient use of ERP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• You are a flexible, reliable and committed person with initiative
