• You monitor the sales areas and actively prevent shoplifting in the economic area, mainly in the regions of Bern, Berner Oberland and Solothurn as well as occasionally in the canton of Aargau
• You carry out personnel checks and issue house bans
• You process customer crimes, clarify identities, conduct interviews and report to the police
• You create theft reports, evaluations and reporting as well as secure and edit evidence, such as video recordings

Requirements

• Some years of professional experience: in the security sector, ideally in the order service and / or as a shop detective*
• Completed initial or further training: EFZ and further training as a shop detective or training in the public order service
• You act confidently, represent your concerns with the necessary assertiveness and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations.
• You have experience in store theft detection and video surveillance
• You have a good reputation
• You have good user experience in MS Office
• You know the relevant legal requirements
• in German (negotiation certain)
