Mission
- Putting your expertise at the service of the Garden sector
- Professionally advising customers, making the store attractive and ensuring a careful presentation of the goods according to our internal concepts
- Manage the assortment with care, from the control of the product to the installation in radius
- Support requests, claims and after-sales service
- Support other store sectors as required
Qualifications
- You show a strong interest in sales, while putting customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of hospitality and advice
- You are ideally at the benefit of a horticultural/horticultural CFC, landscaper or recognized sales training, as well as several years of experience in a similar function
- You are fluent in both oral and written French and have very good knowledge of German in order to communicate easily with clients and your professional background
- You have taken initiatives, demonstrate organization, have a sense of responsibility and easily collaborate as a team
- You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy a varied work and know how to stay effective even under pressure

Requirements
- Vous manifestez un intérêt prononcé pour la vente, tout en plaçant la satisfaction de la clientèle au centre de vos priorités grâce à votre sens de l'accueil et du conseil
- Vous êtes idéalement au bénéfice d'un CFC d'horticultrice/d'horticulteur, de paysagiste ou d'une formation reconnue dans la vente, ainsi que de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Vous maîtrisez le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit et avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand afin de communiquer avec aisance avec la clientèle et votre entourage professionnel
- Vous avez prendre des initiatives, faites preuve d'organisation, avez le sens des responsabilités et collaborez facilement en équipe
- Vous êtes en bonne condition physique, flexible, appréciez un travail varié et savez rester efficace même sous pression
