Mission
- Put your expertise at the service of the Deco sector including in the bike workshop
- Professionally advising customers, making the store attractive and ensuring a careful presentation of the goods according to our internal concepts
- Manage the assortment with care, from the control of the product to the installation in radius
- Support requests, claims and after-sales service
- Support other store sectors as required
Qualifications
- You show a strong interest in sales and place customer satisfaction at the centre of your priorities thanks to your sense of hospitality, advice, manual skill, rigor and precision
- You are ideally at the benefit of a CFC of detal trade manager or a recognized training in sales, as well as several years of experience in a similar function and also in a bike workshop
- You are fluent in French in both oral and written language and have very good knowledge of German in order to be able to communicate easily with clients and your professional background
- You know how to take initiatives, demonstrate organization, have a sense of responsibility and easily collaborate as a team
- You are in good physical condition, flexible, enjoy a varied work and know how to stay effective even under pressure

Requirements
- Vous manifestez un intérêt prononcé pour la vente et placez la satisfaction de la clientèle au centre de vos priorités grâce à votre sens de l'accueil, du conseil, ainsi qu'à votre habilté manuelle, votre rigueur et votre précision
- Vous êtes idéalement au bénéfice d'un CFC de gestionnaire du commerce de détal ou d'une formation reconnue dans la vente, ainsi que de plusieurs années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire et également dans un atelier de vélo
- Vous maîtrisez le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit et avez de très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand afin de pouvoir communiquer avec aisance avec la clientèle et votre entourage professionnel
- Vous savez prendre des initiatives, faites preuve d'organisation, avez le sens des responsabilités et collaborez facilement en équipe
- Vous êtes en bonne condition physique, flexible, appréciez un travail varié et savez rester efficace même sous pression
