For the Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen we are looking for a Professional activation (m/f) 80-100 % Your tasks

• Independent planning, organization and implementation of resource-oriented activation and everyday life in group or individual activities
• Planning and implementation of excursions and events
• Design and take responsibility for seasonal decoration on the care departments
• Coordination, planning and implementation of activities with external partners
• Managing and coordinating volunteers
• You want to help shape a high-speed operation with your ideas and experiences

You bring that with you

• You have training as an activation specialist HF
• Practical experience in long-term care
• You are a balanced and resilient personality
• You have good oral and written knowledge of German
• MS-Office knowledge is beneficial
• Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are a matter of course for you
• You are also an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
