An established trading company in the field of machinery distribution is seeking reinforcement for its operations team. The company distributes high-quality machines through a proven specialist dealer network. They are looking for a committed individual with technical and commercial understanding to independently handle order processing, warehouse management and customer support.

02 Your responsibilities

• Supporting specialist retail partners and providing expert technical advice
• Responsibility for warehouse management and machine scheduling
• Handling complaints and managing warranty cases
• Product costing and preparation of price lists
• Acting as the interface between manufacturers and the commercial team

04 Your profile

• Basic technical training and further commercial training are required
• Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation are required
