Their tasks

• Preparation and conduct of price, contract and condition negotiations with suppliers.
• Independent processing and monitoring of orders, forecasts, order confirmations, delivery dates, framework contracts and invoices.
• Analysis of procurement and supplier markets and implementation of make-or-buy analyses.
• Processing of quality deviations, supplier returns and repair orders
• Maintaining and further developing supplier relationships as well as master data management in the ERP system.

Your profile

• Business training at HF/FH level
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing a manufacturing industrial or mechanical engineering company
• Experience in procuring technical components and reading technical drawings, parts lists and specifications
• Secure handling of MS Office and SAP as well as a structured and independent working method
• Negotiable German and English in word and writing
