Introduction

For our Supplies sector, we are looking for a (M/F) Decoller whose main mission will be to perform the gears and ensure production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with production standards
• Train, accompany and replace production drivers when needed
• Intervention with regulators to solve technical problems
• Conduct follow-up meetings and lead associated action plans
• Contribute to the capitalization and sharing of know-how
• Participate in the integration of new means and/or manufacturing processes
• Train and accompany the apprentice as part of his training as a décolleteur

Profile

• Polymechanical CFC, release option, or equivalent formation
• Experience confirmed on Tornos Swissnano and Citizen R04/R07 equipment
• Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools
• Methodical spirit and good analytical skills
• Ability to be a force for proposal
• Communication skills and relational ease
