- Completed training in clinical or school curative education or teacher with experience working with children with multiple disabilities and/or willingness to acquire the necessary know-how
- An independent and flexible personality with humor, empathy and team spirit
- Experience working with people with complex disabilities/ASS
- Knowledge in TEACCH and/or UK and in the field of the Affolter model is advantageous
