• You advise customer-oriented and sell our diverse product range, for example in the selection of gifts
• You actively respond to our customers, recognize their needs and offer suitable solutions
• You take care of the cash processes and ensure a precise and correct billing
• You present the exquisite confiserie and chocolate range in a tasteful and inviting way
• You also take on production activities as well as the filling and maintenance of sales areas
• You implement our high quality standards with dedication and care
• You consistently pay attention to compliance with the hygiene and freshness concept

You bring that with you

• You have successfully completed the apprenticeship in the retail trade, bring professional experience in the retail trade and are enthusiastic about sales and direct customer contact
• You recognize customer needs quickly and advise friendly, individual and convincing
• You have very good knowledge of German and English
• French and other languages are beneficial
• You work responsibly, reliably and quality-oriented and consistently adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• You are a team player, like to take on responsibility and want to develop in sales and service
• You are flexible and ready for assignments on weekends and holidays
