We offer you a versatile commercial education with a lot of practice in banking. With us, you will learn everything you need for a successful career and your further professional path at UBS.

Your education During your three-year training, you will work in different teams at the Gstaad location and get to know the many exciting areas of UBS. Our motivated practical instructors accompany you personally and are always at your side.

In addition to the vocational school, you will receive a practical education at the CYP in your region. Many apprentices move into permanent employment with us or deepen their expertise in our two-year young talent development program.
