Portrait Do you dream of creating a school in a small village school where children and teachers feel comfortable? Then you've come to the right place! We are on a journey together to create good schools. We have 28 children (1st - 4th/5th 6th grade) learning from and with each other. As a school, we want to be a place where enthusiastic teaching and learning, research and encounters happen. There is no standstill or boredom with us!

Tasks

• You are the face of the school to the children, parents and the population;
• They guide and support the teachers in their everyday professional life;
• They ensure optimal conditions so that teachers can develop and train further;
• You play a key role in shaping the organization of our school;
• You approach pedagogy with a heart for children;
• You teach and support children with a great deal of passion;
• You create trust as a teacher.

Requirements

• Completed DAS “School Management” or equivalent training;
• You are flexible and open to new things;
• You are willing to teach in a small, rural school;
• You bring motivation and enthusiasm for working with the students and the staff;
• You are open to the concerns of children, parents and teachers and are confident in successfully conducting even tricky conversations;
• You enjoy being able to shape and play a significant role in shaping a small village school.
