Your missions Ensuring daily supervision of services and continuity of services Ensuring quality, safety and compliance with service standards Manager and coach teams with local leadership Coordinate front, back and administrative activities according to priorities Be the climbing point in case of an incident (operational, VIP, security) Deploy and monitor procedures, SOP, SLA and KPI Work closely with the Facilities Supervisor and trace complex topics Which is what you do.
