Role overview

Mansioni - You work in day service from Monday to Friday - You are part of a small team of wound experts, which organizes our clients at all locations in the area of wounds.

• As a specialist for wounds, you are responsible for a competent and resource-oriented basic and treatment care of our clients in the area of wounds - For a certain number of clients in the area of wounds, you take the case responsibility incl.

Planning, control and monitoring of the care process - With relatives, doctors and other services, you are an interdisciplinary cooperation and for our employees you are a contact person for questions of wounds

• Requisiti
• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
• Training as a wound expert
• Multiannual professional experience and broad expertise
• An independent, responsible way of working
• Openness, flexibility and empathy
• Ready to travel by car
