- You prepare and develop e-learning content, communication documents and quizzes on DORA, ICT risks, TPRM and other operationalization topics
- You maintain and develop Power BI reports, overviews and evaluations, open measures and management updates
Main responsibilities
- You prepare and develop e-learning content, communication documents and quizzes on DORA, ICT risks, TPRM and other operationalization topics
- You maintain and develop Power BI reports, overviews and evaluations, open measures and management updates
- You ensure that evidence, control evidence, working documents and process documentation are stored and updated in a structured manner and processed for reviews and audits.
- You contribute to the implementation and group-wide provision of GRC tools and help to map central processes efficiently, consistently and traceably
- You support SMEs and team members with documentation, data checks, quality assurance, presentations and management reporting
- You are involved in ad hoc topics – for example in research, voting, appointment preparations, status queries or the preparation of decision bases
Company and context
- You support the Head ICT & TPRM in administrative and organizational tasks, such as coordinating, tracking pendencies, preparing meetings or maintaining joint filings Requirements
- You are currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in business administration, business informatics, risk, compliance or a comparable area
- You are interested in ICT, third party risk management, regulatory topics and data analysis
- You have very good knowledge of German and English and convince with a careful and structured working method You have a high IT affinity;
- First experiences with Power BI, Excel or SharePoint are advantageous
