• Create, edit and finalize medical reports and other correspondence with great care and accuracy
• You take incoming phone calls, triage requests professionally and ensure smooth communication

• You have completed training as a medical practice assistant / medical practice assistant (MPA), medical secretary or a commercial education with several years of professional experience in the medical environment
• You communicate stylishly in German and convince both verbally and in writing through your professional expression
• Ideally, you will bring good oral French and/or English skills and feel comfortable in a multilingual environment.
• You have good user knowledge in the common MS Office programs as well as in other administrative IT systems
• You are a flexible, service-oriented personality and like to work together with different professional groups across teams.
