The Position The Division

In the People Relations department, we work in a collegial team on the development of creative and innovative solutions for the continuous optimization and flexibilization of working conditions. In a performance-oriented environment based on mutual appreciation, sincerity and trust, we offer you the space to work independently.

Your referenda

As part of your legal election station, you have the opportunity to get to know the everyday life of a People Relations Partner in a large international corporation. In particular, you will become familiar with the following tasks:

• You will deal with issues in the field of national and international labour law
• You develop expert opinions on labour, company constitution and social security issues and contribute to drafting contracts
• You are involved in advising executives and people & culture employees on personnel law issues
• You participate in the preparation of negotiations with employee representatives
• You work independently on subprojects

Your profile

• You are a legal consultant (m/f/d) and would like to complete your election station in a global company
• You have successfully passed the first legal examination
• You have knowledge and interest in employment law and economic contexts
• You act independently and independently and are open to new ideas and ways
• You are proficient in English and not afraid of talking to international clients
