The DI trainee program is designed for 30 months and includes at least three assignments in which you get to know the different business areas of Digital Industries.

- Training in the entire product portfolio of Digital Industries
- Development of in-depth knowledge in the fields of automation and/or drive technology
- Get to know all relevant tools and processes of service, sales and product management
- Deepening, application and consolidation of the acquired knowledge in various departments and projects (e.g. sales consultancy, product management, project management and service)
- Supervision by a mentor and establishment of a comprehensive network
- Preparation for a challenging position following the two and a half year program depending on your personal strengths and preferences
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (FH/University) in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study with above-average certificate of performance
