  • Several years of practical work in the industrial sector, preferably in rail transport
  • Experience in commissioning, testing and troubleshooting
  • Experience in creating, testing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Experience in requirements management (IBM DNG, PLM or similar)
  • Knowledge of railway safety systems (CBTC and/or mainline interlock) is a great advantage
  • Team player, solution-oriented and flexible for night work and travel
  • Confident knowledge of English is absolutely necessary, German and/or French fluent TASKS Develop, maintain and update T&C procedures, test specifications and workflows to ensure consistent execution
  • Coordinating, executing and logging system deployments and field tests based on approved on-site test documentation
  • Management of hardware and software configurations on site, ensuring proper documentation and version control
  • Acquisition and analysis of incidents and follow-up of risk mitigation and corrective measures
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in close cooperation with engineering, project manager and customer
  • Plan electrical and mechanical changes and procure components in coordination with engineering and project manager
  • Performing or supporting other field activities (testing, limited electrical and mechanical changes and more), including work on tracks
  • Close cooperation with the customer and the commissioning teams
