Your tasks Ready for your next career move? You have the FM expertise and want to finally take responsibility? As an object manager, you take responsibility for technology, projects and your team. Use this position as your perfect stepping stone to the leadership level! The position is to be filled by 01.02.2027 or by agreement.

• Responsibility for order and process management, including administrative activities, billing and reporting.
• Ensure efficient and low-interference operation of building technical equipment and installations, including operation, monitoring and optimisation of building technology (e.g. HVAC equipment) and operation of the building management system.
• Participation in commissioning, acceptance and guarantee management as well as maintenance and updating of object documentation.
• Planning and control of inspection, maintenance and repair measures including coordination of external service providers.
• Participation in the FM helpdesk, including documentation of processes and initiation of escalations if necessary.
• Assuming a combined role of strategic management and operational cooperation in the ongoing operation.

Your requirements

• Studies or further education in the field of facility management or building technology
• Experience in technical building management or infrastructure building management
• Reliable, independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Excellent communication and team skills as well as high service orientation
• Good manners, well-groomed appearance and safe appearance
• Good German skills in words and writing, English skills are advantageous
• Safe handling of computer systems
• Organisational talent
