- Demand Planning: Partner closely with internal stakeholders and distributors to review, phase, and discuss demand forecasts to ensure target alignment.
- Logistics & Shipments: Manage planned forecasts with precise delivery phasing; communicate schedule updates transparently to HQ Supply Chain.
- Stock Management: Oversee inventory health effectively, including authorizing stock adjustments, monitoring expiry dates, and tracking CDI (Inventory Days).
- Order Management: Manage Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from local agents in close coordination with Global HQ.
- Warehouse Readiness Alignment: Stay closely aligned with global quality teams to monitor the readiness of distributor warehouses.
- 2- End-to-End Tender Management
- Full Lifecycle Oversight: Drive continuous follow-up on public tenders from initial announcements through to contract signatures, delivery phasing, and final execution.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Secure all required internal approvals before tender submission.
