- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure Definition of Ready / Done
- Drive sprint planning, refinement, and delivery outcomes
- Partner closely with business Product Owners to translate requirements into implementable solutions
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and technical delivery
- Clarify requirements for engineering, data, and vendor teams
- Accept or reject delivered features based on acceptance criteria
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant (e.g. GxP, GDPR)
