- Responsible for integrating new components and optimizing existing adapters including monitoring the lifecycle of the technologies and tools used
- Ensure the stable operation of our platform including troubleshooting, certificate management, license management, and further developing and operating the associated CI/CD Pipeline
- Controlling cooperation with our SaaS provider and ensuring compliance with SLAs including monitoring, reporting, escalation management and guiding service and operations meetings with a focus on continuous optimization of the Service quality
- Coordinating cross-sector and inter-company development and service teams, moderating scrum-algae, removing obstacles and promoting self-organisation in the team to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with the principles of the company's principles
- Completed studies in computer science, business IT or comparable training
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally in a regulated environment
- Well-founded knowledge in Linux, CI/CD, cloud and container technologies, network protocols, security and security
