- Together with the second team leader, Myriam Schwab, experts and education managers, you will help us to drive improvements and ensure high quality.
- To strengthen the management circle, we are looking for a team leader birth department / midwife (80-100%) as of 01.09.2026 or by agreement: You are responsible for ensuring holistic care and support for pregnant women, childbearers and newborns as well as their caregivers.
- Management and organisation of the birth department in a duo with a committed and motivated team of around 25 midwives (including outpatient office hours at the location SZB, as well as gynaecological emergencies outside office hours)
- Project coordination and management in renewals/further developments in the women’s clinic
- Optimization and co-creation of the specialist development in the Frauenklinik based on targeted use of working groups
