You coordinate technical and organizational topics with internal stakeholders and support new products
You are involved in investment projects and implement the company strategy operationally Requirements
Several years of leadership experience: in production, ideally FMCG / Food
Completed initial or advanced training: as a food technologist with advanced training HF/FH or comparable
Team-oriented leader with clear communication and development mindset
Analytically strong, structured and implementation-oriented with high personal responsibility
Practice in Lean Management, CIP, Problem Solving Tools and Plant Projects
