You ensure the delivery capability for national and international branches and accompany the operational expansion of country organizations
You recognize challenges at an early stage, prioritize them correctly and initiate solution-oriented measures with all parties involved
Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire process from ordering to delivery in the store and keep track of availability and delivery dates at all times.
You take over the control room function and ensure that internal and external processes are smoothly integrated
You lead a team of 5 people and ensure the smooth running of daily business
You control and monitor customer orders and take care of troubleshooting in case of deviations and problems
You coordinate delivery planning per season in close coordination with all relevant stakeholders You bring that with you
You have completed a basic commercial training or a comparable training and bring experience in customer service You already have leadership experience
You have very good knowledge of German and English and ideally other foreign language skills
You distinguish yourself through teamwork, communication strength and conflict ability
