Main responsibilities
- Technical and organisational management of a small team
- Planning and coordination of operations, resources and maintenance
- Operation, maintenance and optimization of HVAC, electrical and building automation systems
- Active cooperation in troubleshooting and technical adaptations
- Control and monitoring of the installations via building control systems
- Cooperation with internal and external partners and coordination of third-party companies
- Interface between operation and research facilities
- Support for projects, conversions and commissioning Control of reports and Requirements offered:
- Basic technical training (e.g.
