- Management and supervision of a team of about 15 employees
- Control of production processes in order to guarantee the quantities requested, within the time limit and the desired quality, with corrective measures in place in case of deviations
Main responsibilities
- Management and supervision of a team of about 15 employees
- Control of production processes in order to guarantee the quantities requested, within the time limit and the desired quality, with corrective measures in place in case of deviations
- Piloting performance indicators and supporting the team towards established results
- Promotion of continuous improvement on the production line
- Compliance with legal requirements, obligations and internal regulations in terms of labels, occupational safety, health protection, sustainable development and food safety Required
- A professional experience of at least 5 years in the industrial or food field: combined with a first successful experience in people management
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): in the food field; ideally complemented by higher education
- Excellent communication skills, solutions search and team spirit
- convenience with MS Office and SAP knowledge Flexibility in working hours French (Very good knowledge) German (preferably) Cosa offeriamo
