Tasks

• Total responsibility for the operational, personnel and strategic management of the department including ensuring a stable 24/7 operation
• Leadership and development of the current three group leaderships and the establishment of a powerful team and leadership culture
• Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment planning, target achievement, talent development and succession planning
• Ensuring and Continuous Optimization of Legislative, Economic End-to-End Processes in Recording and Cost Assurance
• Management and participation in cross-departmental projects and active design of digitalisation and automation projects Requirements:
• Commercial or health-economic training or comparable basic training as well as training at level FH/HF and leadership training
• Multiannual professional and demonstrable leadership experience in a complex service or hospital environment is assumed
• Project and/or transformation experience are advantageous
• Very good written and oral English knowledge and good oral French knowledge are required; further foreign language skills are advantageous
• Used in the application of MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is advantageous
