Role overview
For our IT department we are looking for an System Engineer -/in (2nd level support) As a system engineer, together with our ICT team, you are responsible for the maintenance, development and renewal of our diverse systems such as virtualization (VMware) networks, Apple ecosystem (JAMF), security awareness, Azure and Office 365 and other applications.
In this role, you are also responsible for the analysis and resolution of IT disruptions in 2nd level support and contribute to the stable operation of our IT infrastructure.
In project teams, you plan, develop and integrate new services and technologies.
You also support the 1st level support for demanding technical requests.
Good technical understanding, an independent working method and the motivation to familiarize ourselves with new topics are important to us.
