- Building up subject matter expertise and providing support to the RMD Development Teams (Assay-,
- Software- and Instrument-Development), Global Customer Support (GCS), Case Investigation and Resolution (CIR) and Operations.
- This requires close cross-department interaction to gather all information needed to ensure high-quality support.
- Responsible for internal repair visits, retrofitting of mechanical parts, configuration management monitoring and tracking and installing or updating of the Instrument
- Software.
- Independent Planning of assigned Workpackages and continuously monitoring and tracking of the working progress.
- Conduct integration development activities on system component level, thereby closely interact with project teams, and participating and coordinating with other internal groups and departments.
