Role overview

Tasks

• You support the managers of the tax reference in the organizational development and prepare appropriate decision-making basis

• You work in the interface between the subject, internal computer science and our IT suppliers.

• They carry out targeted clarifications, are responsible for requirements analyses, work out improvement measures and coordinate implementation

• They represent the tax department in working groups and projects

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Organization or Business Informatics

• You have initial experience in project management and process analysis

• You have professional experience at the interface between operational business and IT with a focus on ERP systems

• You have a quick understanding and pursue your goals stubbornly

• the challenging task attracts you to advise team leaders, define new approaches with them and drive their implementation

• They communicate openly, skillfully, approach others and appreciate dealing with dedicated professionals
