As Deputy Head of Section Quality Management, you support the further development and implementation of the quality and integrated management system of Schutz und Rettung Bern.
You play a central role in the operational implementation of quality management, process optimization and the further development of a sustainable quality culture.

- You support the QM section management in the development and implementation of the QM strategy as well as in organizational and resource planning
- Error and complaint management is your responsibility and you are involved in certification
- You participate in the planning and coordination of internal audits, carry out them and implement CIP activities and QM projects
- You analyze and optimize QM processes and prepare process data, key figures and quality reports
- You have the professional guidance and support of the CIRS editors and auditors and are a deputy of the section management QM in their absence Requirements
- You have a completed commercial vocational basic education.
- Further training in quality management (e.g.
- CAS quality management, quality officer or auditor) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in quality management / IMS as well as experience in the further development of management systems are advantageous
- Practical experience in the planning and implementation of internal and external audits as well as in CIP projects is part of your wealth of experience
