Role overview

Tasks

• Coordination of day-to-day operations in close consultation with the manager

• Monitor, coordinate and carry out the annual activities (MHD control, responsibility for the professional laundry pool incl.) Software

• Analyzing the station ranges (shopkeeper, assortment tightening, etc.)

• Ensuring professional and customer-oriented processing of complaints and customer inquiries

• Maintaining and monitoring personnel planning in the PEP

• Creating department key figures in cooperation with the supervisor

Requirements

• Completed training as a logistician EFZ and further training e.g. as a clerk in logistics and/or completed management training of advantage

• At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, preferably with medical devices

• Good IT knowledge (MS Office) and SAP knowledge

• Reliable, solution-oriented personality with a high level of service orientation
